Photographers and designers need a compressed, editable alternative to the bloated PSD format to save storage space without flattening layers.

Existing formats are either uncompressed (PSD, TIFF) or lossy and flatten layers (JPEG), sacrificing editability. No format offers both compression and full layer preservation.

Smart object de-duplication and recompression
TIFF container for cross-platform compatibility and previews
Lossless, visually lossless, and lossy compression options
Preserves layer effects, masks, text, and adjustment layers
