A high school elective teacher struggles to fulfill IEP accommodations for multiple students in large classes without para support, feeling the system is unsustainable and unfair.

Existing IEP processes and scheduling systems do not account for classroom realities like large class sizes and lack of para support, leaving teachers to implement complex accommodations on their own without adequate tools or time.
